If your fireplace insert does not have a flue liner that runs all the way to the top of the chimney, additional charges may apply. In this case, our technicians will need to pull the stove out of the fireplace to properly clean the chimney. These inserts typically weigh around 600 lbs, and moving them safely requires additional time and effort.
